Sikich is seeking a Technical Recruiter with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team, who is adept at sourcing, attracting, and assessing top tier talent along with devising diverse recruitment strategies, conducting screening interviews and collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Write and publish new job posts.
  • Post jobs on job sites, LinkedIn etc.
  • Engage with team members to refer potential candidates.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist resumes matching with the job requirements.
  • Experience in ERP, CRM, and Cloud services to identify, attract, and recruit top-tier technical talent with specialized expertise in these domains.
  • Perform technical screening to assess the ability of the candidates to be considered for the interview process.
  • Maintain effective communication with candidates through the recruitment process (via email, WhatsApp, calls etc).
  • Onboard candidates by following the firm onboarding policy and procedures.
  • Identify new recruiting channels to keep increasing the candidate pipeline.
  • Find creative ways to source candidates and motivate candidates to consider the open positions in the firm.

Requirements for a successful candidate:

  • A bachelor's degree is required,
  • 3 years of experience in recruitment of technology candidates
  • Good understanding of technology landscape, tools & evolving trends
  • Self-motivated with strong work ethic.
  • Proactive approach to accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Dynamic and extrovert in nature, capable of good networking skills.
