*We're Hiring: Sales Representative – Biosciences (South & West India)*

Join Vision Diagnostic India Pvt. Ltd. in Bioscience Division

We are looking for dynamic, result-driven professionals to expand our Biosciences Division across *South & West India*.

*Locations:*

Ahmedabad I Pune

*Role Overview:*

You will be responsible for driving sales of cell culture products, research sera, cytogenetics media, and related bioscience solutions across academia, biotech, pharma, diagnostics labs, IVF clinics, and hospitals.

*Key Responsibilities:*

• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Conduct scientific workflow presentations
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure satisfaction
• Achieve aggressive YoY growth targets
• Track market trends and competitor activity
• Collaborate on branding activities like roadshows & seminars
• Maintain CRM/SFDC records and sales reports
• Should be confirmable for road show, Cell culture lab to lab visit.

*Preferred Profile:*

• M.Sc. / B.Sc. in Life Sciences
• Experience in life sciences / cell culture sales is an advantage
• cell culture product line field sale experience 2-3 years
• 70% travel, over night travel required.
• Strong communication & negotiation skills
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets

*CTC:* experience based + Attractive Incentive Structure (performance-based)
