Key Responsibilities

Oracle OIC Integration Development

• Design and develop integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
• Build REST and SOAP API-based integrations with Oracle ERP Cloud
• Implement FBDI (File-Based Data Import) upload processes

ERP Data Extraction & Reporting Integration

• Extract data from Oracle ERP Cloud using BI Publisher reports
• Work with OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) for reporting integrations
• Perform data transformation and mapping for integration flows

Custom Application Development

• Develop applications using Oracle Visual Builder
• Implement workflows using Oracle Process Builder
• Customize ERP Cloud extensions as per business requirements

Support & Maintenance

• Provide technical support for Oracle ERP Cloud modules and integrations
• Troubleshoot integration failures and resolve production issues
• Support post-implementation stabilization and enhancements

Requirement Gathering & Documentation

• Gather business requirements for IT incidents and change requests
• Prepare detailed technical design documents and integration specifications
• Maintain software lifecycle documentation using Oracle methodologies (OUM/AIMS)

Testing & Deployment

• Perform unit testing and integration testing for developed solutions
• Ensure smooth deployment of integrations and customizations
• Validate system performance and data accuracy post deployment

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with business users and functional consultants
• Manage expectations and ensure timely delivery of integration solutions
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through stable system delivery
