About The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis at our Bengaluru location. This on-site role is integral to building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline to support our growing organization. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing suitable candidates to onboarding new hires, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing innovative employer branding strategies to attract top-tier talent, collaborating with internal teams to optimize recruitment workflows, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience. This role requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and a keen understanding of healthcare industry hiring practices.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates
- Strong expertise in hiring and interviewing techniques, with a focus on effective evaluation methods
- Experience in employer branding initiatives to attract high-caliber talent and enhance organizational reputation
- Solid recruitment skills, including networking and proficient use of various recruitment platforms and tools
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in healthcare talent acquisition is an advantage but not mandatory
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various healthcare roles, ensuring timely and quality hires
- Develop and implement innovative employer branding strategies to attract top talent in the healthcare sector
- Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs and define role requirements
- Sourcing candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, networking events, and industry contacts
- Conduct interviews, assess candidate suitability, and facilitate the selection process
- Coordinate with onboarding teams to ensure a smooth transition for new hires
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and reports
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment strategies
- Participate in employer branding activities, career fairs, and industry events to promote Sukino Continuum Care as an employer of choice
- Build and maintain a talent pool for current and future hiring needs
