We are seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist for a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore. The specialist will oversee the full life cycle of recruitment, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to managing the hiring process. Additional responsibilities include developing and executing employer branding initiatives, partnering with hiring managers to identify talent needs, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. The role emphasizes collaboration with internal stakeholders to attract and retain top talent, ensuring hiring goals are met effectively.

• Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Managing Recruitment Processes
• Strong skills in Interviewing and Evaluating Candidates
• Proficiency in Employer Branding and Talent Engagement Strategies
• Knowledge and experience in strategic Hiring and Recruitment Planning
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
