About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and result-driven Technical Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have experience hiring for product-based technology companies and a deep understanding of engineering roles, technologies, and hiring trends. You'll partner closely with hiring managers to attract and hire top technical talent that aligns with our company's product vision and culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles (Software Engineers, Data Engineers, DevOps, QA, Product Managers, etc.)
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand business needs, define role requirements, and design hiring strategies.
- Source, screen, and assess candidates using multiple channels (LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, referrals, and social platforms).
- Conduct technical and behavioral interviews to evaluate candidate fit.
- Manage a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Track, analyze, and report hiring metrics (pipeline health, time-to-fill, conversion ratios, etc.).
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and emerging hiring tools.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- 47 years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably in a product-based or startup environment.
- Strong understanding of software development roles, technologies, and modern tech stacks (Java, Python, React, Node.js, AWS, etc.).
- Proven ability to source and engage passive candidates.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience using ATS tools (e.g., Lever, Greenhouse, Workday, or similar).
- Data-driven approach to recruitment decisions and strategy.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience hiring for fast-scaling product companies or startups.
- Exposure to global/remote tech hiring.
- Certifications in recruitment, sourcing, or HR analytics (optional).
