Role Overview
Your role as anTalent Acquisition Specialist:
- You will be focusing on end to end hiring for Industries not limited to Emerging Technologies, Petrochemical, Cements, Power & Transmission, Mining, Financial Services, Defense etc.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring the Business talent needs are met as per defined timelines & SLAs
- Proactive and reactive sourcing of candidates ranging from leadership to junior levels from different channels focusing on sourcing through but not limited to Job Boards, social media, Consultants, Referrals etc.
- Pipelining of talent for niche skill areas
- Ensuring a great candidate experience for talent across complete Talent Acquisition cycle from sourcing to onboarding
- Adoption of new age hiring techniques online sourcing, hiring challenges, hackathons etc to be able to better attract and select candidates across different skills
- Driving visibility of Adani Group as an employer of choice among Digital talent
- Stakeholder Management and Talent Acquisition MIS
- Proactive Talent Pipelining, market Mapping, adoption of tools and technologies to be able to provide best in class Candidate Experience.
Required Skills
- Should have degree in human resource management with at least 2-6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
- This will be an individual contributor role hence You will be responsible for the entire Recruitment Life Cycle starting from sourcing, cold calling, selection, till offer negotiation.
- Strong Sourcing skills, Boolean Search, X-Ray Search, Naukri, Linked-In Recruiter, Social Media, ChatGPT etc.
- Should have good understanding of Talent Pipelining.
- Effectively navigated challenging stakeholders and complex situations.
- Should be adept at using Data Analytics and quantitative techniques for Driving decision making.
