About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Sales Recruiter with a strong background in hiring for Business Development, SDR, BDR, and revenue-generating roles. The ideal candidate should understand sales hiring metrics, target-driven environments, and be capable of identifying high-performing sales talent across domestic and international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for sales roles including:
- Sales Development Representative (SDR)
- Business Development Executive (BDE)
- Business Development Manager (BDM)
- Account Executive (AE)
- Inside Sales / International Sales
- Understand hiring requirements based on revenue targets and sales KPIs
- Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, referrals, and networking
- Screen candidates based on:
- Revenue achievements
- Cold calling experience
- International market exposure
- Pipeline management & CRM experience
- Conduct competency-based interviews
- Coordinate with hiring managers to define ideal candidate profiles
- Maintain recruitment funnel and ensure strong TAT (Turnaround Time)
- Build and maintain a database of high-performing sales professionals
- Provide market insights on compensation and talent availability
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment with a focus on sales hiring
- Proven experience hiring for SDR, BDR, BDE, AE, and revenue roles
- Strong understanding of SaaS / IT sales hiring (preferred)
- Experience hiring for domestic and international markets (US/UK/APAC preferred)
- Strong screening skills ability to evaluate revenue numbers and performance metrics
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Preferred Experience
- Experience in SaaS or IT recruitment
- Exposure to startup hiring environments
- Experience working with revenue leaders / founders
