About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Executive with prior experience in retail hiring to support end-to-end recruitment for store and retail operations roles. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing capabilities, stakeholder management skills, and experience in high-volume hiring within the retail industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for retail/store roles including Store Associates, Store Managers, and Retail Operations positions.
- Understand hiring requirements and collaborate closely with retail business stakeholders.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and recruitment drives.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate further interview rounds.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining quality hiring standards.
- Maintain candidate pipeline and recruitment trackers.
- Coordinate offer rollout, salary negotiations, and onboarding processes.
- Manage walk-in drives, campus hiring, and bulk hiring initiatives when required.
- Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Track hiring metrics such as TAT, offer acceptance ratio, and hiring conversion.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong understanding of retail hiring dynamics and store operations roles.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
- Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Good interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
- Strong coordination and organizational abilities.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate / Postgraduate in HR or related field.
- 2–5 years of Talent Acquisition experience, preferably in Retail or FMCG industry.
- Experience in bulk or store hiring is highly preferred.
