Job Description

Experience in Insurance domain especially to P & L side.
Lead, strategize QA approach and drive the QA strategy
Should have knowledge of Best in Class in the industry and drive latest practices, provide guidance to the team during various testing phases (manual testing, functional integration, regression, UAT, performance testing, security, automation testing, defect mgmt. etc
Develop and implement comprehensive QA and testing plans for new and existing products/functionalities.
Execute functional, system and integration testing to identify and resolve issues, ensuring the highest quality standards.
Good stakeholder mgmt. skills.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, best practices, and company policies.
Mentor and provide guidance to QA team members, fostering a culture of quality and collaboration.
