About the Role:
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive Internal Hiring to manage internal recruitment, redeployment, and employee mobility within the organization. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and familiar with VMS/MSP workflows and staffing industry terminology. This role requires strong coordination skills, stakeholder management, and the ability to balance speed with accuracy while ensuring a great internal candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage internal job postings, applications, screening, and shortlisting for open positions.
- Coordinate interviews, feedback, and hiring updates for internal applicants.
- Partner with delivery and account management teams to identify redeployment and internal movement opportunities.
- Maintain and update data in ATS and internal tracking systems for transparency and compliance.
- Support internal job posting communication across platforms and employee channels.
- Ensure timely updates to employees on application status and feedback.
- Maintain familiarity with VMS/MSP processes and staffing industry terminology to align with organizational needs.
- Track internal hiring metrics and assist in process optimization initiatives.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 25 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in a Staffing or Recruitment firm.
- Familiarity with VMS/MSP systems (no hands-on experience required).
- Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in ATS/HRIS tools and MS Office.
- High ownership, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced global environment.
