Role Overview
OpenHire is a modern recruiting automation platform We are looking for a high-energy, self-driven Recruitment Intern to join our Talent Acquisition team. This is a high-volume, front-line role where you will be instrumental in identifying and engaging top-tier talent across various sectors (IT, Hospitality, Healthcare, etc.).
Key Responsibilities
- High-Volume Sourcing: Utilize LinkedIn, Indeed, and internal databases to source 80100 potential candidates daily.
- Candidate Screening: Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate fit, technical skills, and cultural alignment.
- ATS Management: Maintain and update candidate profiles within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring 100% data accuracy.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and confirm interview loops between candidates and hiring managers across different time zones.
- Job Posting: Draft and post compelling job ads on social media, job boards, and the OpenHire dashboard.
Requirements
- Education: Currently pursuing or a recent graduate in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English skills (experience with international clients is a plus).
- Technical Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel/Google Sheets) and familiarity with social media for recruitment.
- Mindset: An ownership mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
