Key deliverables:

1. Plan and execute talent acquisition strategy aligned with business goals
2. Develop and manage sourcing, assessment, and recruitment processes for optimal candidate experience
3. Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and build effective talent pipelines
4. Provide regular leadership updates and market insights to improve talent acquisition initiatives

Role responsibilities:

1. Manage end-to-end recruitment process including candidate engagement and stakeholder communication
2. Design talent benchmarking, assessment, and interviewing policies
3. Represent the company at external events to build talent networks
4. Analyze organizational development trends to anticipate future hiring needs
