Job Description

Strong development experience in the automotive domain.
Knowledgeable in software development processes, software integration, and configuration of AUTOSAR software stack.
Experience in integration and testing of the complete AUTOSAR Ethernet stack.
Proficient with AUTOSAR configuration tools such as EB Tresos, DaVinci, and ECU Spectrum.
Hands-on experience with drivers for SPI, I2C, and UART.
Expertise in automotive communication protocols including CAN, FlexRay, and LIN.
Identify Ethernet process and tool requirements and support diagnostics and serial data projects related to AUTOSAR software.
Lead and manage software development teams and projects.
Consult with clients to understand and analyze project scope, requirements, time, cost, and projected benefits.
Develop project plans incorporating resources, timelines, and skill requirements.
Provide metrics to management regarding project health, costs, efforts, and defects.
Develop procedures for scope changes and project acceptance.
Knowledgeable in project management tools and methodologies.
Familiar with CMMI and ASPICE standards and demonstrate strong process orientation.
