Talent Acquisition:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring attraction, hiring, and retention of top talent.
- Utilize job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals for candidate sourcing.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
- Screen resumes and applications, conduct phone screenings and in-person interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide timely feedback.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and create tailored recruitment strategies.
- Facilitate the offer process including salary negotiations and preparation of offer letters.
- Ensure smooth onboarding process and assist in developing onboarding programs.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data in ATS and generate reports as required.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives including job fairs, campus recruitment, and outreach activities.
HR Business Partnering (HRBP):
- Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on HR-related matters.
- Support workforce planning, job descriptions, and candidate selection.
- Implement talent development and training programs.
- Facilitate performance management including goal setting, reviews, and feedback sessions.
- Address employee relations issues and promote a positive work environment.
- Support organizational change initiatives and help manage their impact.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to improve HR practices.
