Job Description

Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition:

Sourcing and Talent Pipeline Management:

  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, referrals, and headhunting.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Manage bulk, mass, and volume hiring requirements efficiently.

Screening and Interview Management:

  • Review and shortlist profiles based on job requirements.
  • Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Ensure structured interview processes and timely feedback.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower planning and workforce needs.
  • Develop job descriptions and hiring strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Provide recruitment insights and market intelligence.

Offer and Onboarding Management:

  • Manage offer negotiations and ensure timely release of offer letters.
  • Oversee onboarding coordination to ensure smooth employee integration.
  • Maintain strong candidate engagement throughout the hiring lifecycle.

Recruitment Operations and Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate data in ATS and HR systems.
  • Track recruitment metrics such as TAT, source effectiveness, and hiring trends.
  • Generate recruitment and hiring reports for management review.
