- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Manage bulk, mass, and volume hiring requirements efficiently.
Screening and Interview Management:
- Review and shortlist profiles based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Ensure structured interview processes and timely feedback.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower planning and workforce needs.
- Develop job descriptions and hiring strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Provide recruitment insights and market intelligence.
Offer and Onboarding Management:
- Manage offer negotiations and ensure timely release of offer letters.
- Oversee onboarding coordination to ensure smooth employee integration.
- Maintain strong candidate engagement throughout the hiring lifecycle.
Recruitment Operations and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate data in ATS and HR systems.
- Track recruitment metrics such as TAT, source effectiveness, and hiring trends.
- Generate recruitment and hiring reports for management review.
