Job Description

Talent Acquisition:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring attraction, hiring, and retention of top talent.
  • Utilize job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals for candidate sourcing.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
  • Screen resumes and applications, conduct phone screenings and in-person interviews.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide timely feedback.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and create tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Facilitate the offer process including salary negotiations and preparation of offer letters.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding process and assist in developing onboarding programs.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data in ATS and generate reports as required.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives including job fairs, campus recruitment, and outreach activities.

HR Business Partnering (HRBP):

  • Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with business objectives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on HR-related matters.
  • Support workforce planning, job descriptions, and candidate selection.
  • Implement talent development and training programs.
  • Facilitate performance management including goal setting, reviews, and feedback sessions.
  • Address employee relations issues and promote a positive work environment.
  • Support organizational change initiatives and help manage their impact.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Analyze HR metrics and trends to improve HR practices.
  • Coordinate learning and development programs for employees and managers
