Role Description

As the Talent Acquisition Manager at ViralBulls, you will spearhead our recruitment efforts, managing the entire lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding. You will play a crucial role in shaping our team by identifying and attracting top talent across various functions. Additionally, you will enhance ViralBulls employer branding and ensure a positive candidate journey throughout the recruitment process. Your responsibilities will also encompass optimizing administrative processes to streamline operations and implementing strategies that foster a collaborative and efficient work environment.

Qualifications

• Full-life Cycle Recruiting, Hiring, Admin, and Employer Branding skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
• Experience in conducting interviews and assessing candidates
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in the digital marketing industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to build a strong talent pipeline.
• Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience, from initial contact through to onboarding.
• Oversee administrative aspects of recruitment, including compliance with employment laws and internal policies.
• Optimize recruiting operations and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
