About the role
As the Talent Acquisition Manager, you are responsible for sourcing, hiring and onboarding talent for The Hosteller's Ground Operations (GO).
This role shall be responsible for volume hiring of blue and grey collar roles in the Housekeeping, Kitchen and Front Office functions. It shall translate hiring plans into action, ensure timelines are met, data is clean, and all teams are staffed as per forecast.
The role works closely with the TA Head on planning and analytics, and independently manages day-to-day hiring delivery, recruiter performance, and stakeholder coordination.
Responsibilities
Hiring delivery
- Own end-to-end quality hiring for assigned roles and regions
- Ensure all open positions are closed within agreed timelines
- Enable and maintain partnerships with agencies, campus, consultants to combat volume hiring
- Maintain healthy offer-to-joining conversion rates
- Flag hiring risks early and propose mitigation plans
Hiring data & reporting
- Maintain accurate hiring trackers and dashboards
- Track key metrics: TAT, source effectiveness, offer drop-offs, joining ratios
- Share regular hiring status with TA Head
- Ensure recruiter data hygiene across trackers
Forecasting support
- Support TA Head with hiring forecasts based on attrition, growth, seasonality
- Build and nurture a talent pool to cater efficiently to hiring requirements
- Validate ground realities with operations team and feed back into manpower plans
Team & stakeholder management
- Manage a team of recruiters and work closely with them ensuring delivery, high performance, and internal capability building
- Work closely with business teams, HRBPs, and L&D
- Set clear expectations on timelines, role clarity, and candidate quality
- Push back constructively when requirements are unclear or unrealistic
Process & compliance
- Ensure adherence to hiring SOPs, approval workflows, and documentation
- Maintain compliance for offer letters, background checks, and joining formalities
- Escalate deviations or risks to the TA Head immediately
Qualifications
- MBA/PGDM in HR or related field
- 5-6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition in the hospitality space for both blue & grey collar roles
- Strong coordination, follow-up, and team management skills
- Comfortable with hiring data, trackers, and dashboards
- Calm, structured, and accountable working style
