Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Lead who can manage end-to-end recruitment and client hiring mandates across India and global markets, whilst also acquiring new clients for recruitment of GCC set up requirements.

The ideal candidate should have experience managing the full hiring lifecycle from sourcing and screening candidates to offer negotiation and successful placement.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment from requirement intake to candidate placement

Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and professional networks

Conduct candidate screening and initial interviews

Coordinate and schedule client interviews and hiring processes

Manage offer discussions, compensation negotiation, and candidate closing

Conduct reference checks and background verification where required

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates

Work closely with clients to understand hiring needs and role requirements

Support efforts to win new recruitment contracts and staffing engagements

Manage hiring mandates across India, the United States, and Europe

Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely updates on hiring progress

Requirements

3+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition

Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes

Strong skills in LinkedIn sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement

Ability to manage multiple hiring mandates simultaneously

Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills

Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment

Preferred

Experience in staff augmentation or recruitment consulting

Experience hiring for global roles (US / Europe)

Familiarity with ATS tools or recruitment CRM systems
