We are looking for a proactive and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment function. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end hiring process, developing sourcing strategies, managing a team of recruiters, and ensuring seamless hiring operations aligned with business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full-cycle recruitment process from job posting to offer roll-out.
- Develop and execute effective hiring strategies to attract top talent across functions.
- Partner with leadership to understand workforce needs and proactively build a hiring pipeline.
- Source candidates through multiple channels including LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, and networking.
- Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers for feedback and final selection.
- Track and report key recruitment metrics (e.g. TAT, offer-to-join ratio, source efficiency).
- Build strong employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates.
- Mentor and lead a team of recruiters, ensuring high performance and professional growth.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, processes, and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (Master's in HR is a plus).
- 58 years of experience in domestic recruitment, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, recruitment tools, and hiring analytics.
- Proven track record of hiring across tech and non-tech roles.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
