Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Talent Acquisition Leader to drive our company's recruitment efforts. This role focuses on developing and executing comprehensive talent acquisition strategies, managing the end-to-end recruitment process, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. The position involves collaborating with senior leadership, aligning talent strategies with business objectives, and leveraging data-driven insights to optimize recruitment practices. Additionally, the role will focus on building strong talent pipelines, enhancing employer branding, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement in talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to onboarding top talent.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, hiring managers, and external partners to ensure a seamless recruitment experience.
  • Utilize data-driven insights and market trends to optimize recruitment processes and enhance employer branding.
  • Oversee the creation and implementation of talent pipelines for critical and niche roles.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through effective communication and engagement throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies.

Candidate Requirements:

Immediate joiner preferred.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition is required.

Proven track record in developing and implementing successful talent acquisition strategies.

Strong expertise in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical abilities to measure and enhance recruitment performance.

High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical standards.

Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
