About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Manager - Talent Acquisition to lead end-to-end talent acquisition initiatives across India. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Sales & Marketing hiring, stakeholder management, and recruitment lifecycle management.
This role requires a proactive professional who can drive recruitment strategy, ensure timely closures, and maintain high candidate and stakeholder satisfaction.
Qualifications
Experience
- 8-12 years in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition
- Strong experience in Manufacturing Furniture & Allied products
- Proven track record in Recruiting Sales & Marketing positions/ Designers etc (Pan India)
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
- Source candidates through portals such as Naukri and LinkedIn etc
- Head-hunting and strategic talent mapping across India
- Design and draft Job Descriptions for multiple roles
- Lead Campus Hiring initiatives and build strong institutional connections
- Handle offer rollouts, appointment letters, onboarding & induction
- Conduct background verification and document validation
- Ensure strict adherence to TAT and recruitment SLAs
- Drive post-recruitment engagement - socialization & acclimatization
Functional & Technical Skills
- Deep understanding of recruitment portals & job posting strategies
- Ability to design competency-based Job Descriptions
- Knowledge of psychometric tools like MBTI, DISC & Thomas Profiling (added advantage)
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills
- Stakeholder management & coordination

Compensation
- CTC: 7-9 LPA (Based on experience and fitment)
