Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business leaders and HRBPs to understand current and future leadership talent needs.
  • Develop and implement executive search strategies for leadership positions (GM, AVP, VP, CXO level).
  • Build a strong leadership talent pipeline through proactive sourcing, headhunting, and industry mapping.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for senior-level roles: JD creation, sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiations, and onboarding.
  • Conduct market intelligence and competitor benchmarking for compensation and talent availability.
  • Ensure alignment with diversity hiring objectives and employer branding goals.
  • Maintain and update talent dashboards and metrics for leadership hiring effectiveness and pipeline strength.

Key Requirements:

  • MBA in HR or related field; additional certifications in recruitment or talent management preferred.
  • 610 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 35 years in leadership hiring.
  • Prior experience in infrastructure, EPC, real estate, or construction industries strongly preferred.
  • Excellent sourcing skills, especially in mapping and headhunting passive candidates.
  • Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with ATS systems and recruitment analytics.
