Job Title: Talent Acquisition Manager, India

Location: Bangalore (preferred) / Hyderabad India

Employment Type: Full-time, regular, hybrid work arrangement

The job

The opportunity arises for AVEVA to hire a Talent Acquisition Manager to support our recruiting activities in India. This is a critical role responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategy, covering Commercial, Technical and Corporate positions, for experienced and early careers roles.

Reporting to the APAC TA Director, the position is to be based inHyderabad or Bangalore (preference for candidates currently based in Bangalore already) and will lead a team of experienced TA Specialists and Senior Specialists based in India. We are looking for a season TA Leader, with excellent stakeholder partnering experienec and demonstrated success in recruiting in enterprise software domain.

Key responsibilities

  • Assign requisitions to respective Recruiters in accordance to specialization, and workload

  • Working closely with business stakeholders, develop recruiting strategies for long term and sustained growth to meet hiring needs of Technical roles, such as Software Developers, AI, Cybersecurity, as well as Commercial / Go-to-Market and Corporate positions

  • Develop strategies for recruiting domain-specific talents relating to Engineering and Industrial Software

  • Oversee the Early Careers recruiting activities for India

  • Being hands-on to take on requisitions and be involved directly recruiting for senior and/or critical positions

  • Guide and coach Recruiters to accurately target talents and screening candidates as part of the assessment process

  • Plan, coordinate and be involved in regular local Recruitment Drives (in-person and virtual)

  • Improve various TA processes such as ATS (Workday) adoption, referral programs, interviewing training, onboarding and related processes to enhance overall People experience

  • Support the organization's Inclusion & Equity (IE) initiatives

  • Provide feedback of market information to Business and HR Business Partners, such as common market practices or major movements of talents etc.

  • Involve in regional and global projects as part of the People and Talent Acquisition team

Essential requirements

  • More than 12 years of relevant in-house recruiting experience, and at least 3 5 years experience in managing a team

  • Graduated with a Bachelor's Degree preferably in Computer Science, IT or Software Engineering, and having fundamental understanding of software development

  • Demonstrate experience in leading high quality recruiting delivery in Software Development, Commercial and Early Careers disciplines within a multinational company is preferred

  • Proven recruiting skills in the ability to source, attract and assess talents accurately for the requisitions, and excellent stakeholders and candidate management capabilities

  • Stays current on India's talent market across all levels, from campus talent to niche, high-demand technical skills

  • Strong communications (verbal, presentation and written) skills in English

  • Practical knowledge of ATS (preferrably Workday), TA metrics reporting and recruiting tools (AI, interview scheduling tools) and LinkedIn Recruiter etc.
