Lead the Talent Acquisition function, owning full-cycle recruitment strategy, execution, and metrics to attract top talent in competitive manufacturing sectors like IT, polymer compounding, and sheet metal. Partner with business leaders to align hiring with growth objectives, emphasizing diversity, compliance, and exceptional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive TA strategy, including workforce planning, talent pipelining, and sourcing for niche roles (e.g., product costing, engineering, leadership) using Boolean searches, LinkedIn, Naukri, and ATS tools.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: job description creation, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, offer negotiation, and onboarding, targeting 5-15+ years experience profiles.
  • Build and maintain employer brand through LinkedIn content, career pages, campus hiring, and events; track KPIs like time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire, and offer acceptance rates.
  • Collaborate with HRBP, hiring managers, and C-suite on talent mapping, competitor analysis, and succession planning; lead volume hiring drives and RPO partnerships as needed.
  • Drive diversity initiatives, ensure compliance with labor laws, and leverage analytics for data-driven decisions on sourcing channels and candidate pipelines.

Qualifications and Experience

  • 10+ years in Talent Acquisition, with 5+ years in leadership/supervisory roles; manufacturing or IT services background (e.g., TCS, JP Morgan, Persistent) strongly preferred.
  • Expertise in technical hiring (DevOps, Data Engineering, middleware) and domain-specific roles (polymer, sheet metal); proven track record in high-volume and senior hires.
  • Proficiency in ATS (Naukri RMS, Jira, LinkedIn Recruiter), Boolean strings, and MS Office; strong in virtual interviews and candidate relationship management.
