Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Manager located in Bengaluru. The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and acquiring top talent to meet the company's staffing needs. Responsibilities include developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, managing hiring pipelines, screening applications, and conducting interviews. The role involves collaborating with management to forecast hiring needs and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. Additionally, the Talent Acquisition Manager will maintain recruitment databases and oversee onboarding processes.

Experience : 3-7 yrs experience

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Recruitment, Talent Sourcing, and Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Experience with Strategic Workforce Planning and Talent Acquisition strategies
  • Strong Communication, Interpersonal, and Negotiation skills
  • Ability to assess candidate fit and manage end-to-end hiring processes
  • Strategic Planning: Developing talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans to meet current and future staffing needs
  • Recruitment: Sourcing candidates for open positions, conducting recruitment processes, and ensuring positive candidate experiences
  • Employment Branding: Leading employment branding initiatives to attract top talent
  • Employee Retention: Assisting in employee retention and development
  • Reporting: Using metrics to analyze recruitment data and identify areas for improvement

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Knowledge of labor laws and best practices in recruitment
  • Attention to detail and skills in managing recruitment databases
  • Previous experience in project management or construction industry recruitment is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition and full-cycle recruiting
  • Strong sourcing and employment branding skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Understanding of HR systems and databases
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
