About The Role

The Recruitment Lead will be responsible for driving end-to-end talent acquisition strategy and execution across various business units within Aelum Consulting. This pivotal role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership capabilities to scale hiring operations efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality, speed, and cost-effectiveness. The successful candidate will own recruitment delivery, team performance, hiring metrics, and stakeholder satisfaction, ensuring a seamless talent acquisition process that aligns with the company's growth objectives. The role involves collaborating closely with senior leadership to understand workforce needs, developing innovative sourcing strategies, and continuously improving recruitment processes to enhance candidate experience and employer branding.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess over 12 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment leadership, with a proven track record of managing high-volume and niche hiring. Strong exposure to technology, sales, and leadership hiring is essential, along with experience working with senior stakeholders and CXO-level leaders. Candidates should demonstrate excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills, coupled with a deep understanding of hiring metrics, workforce planning, and compliance. A background in building, scaling, and optimizing recruitment teams is highly desirable. Preferred qualifications include experience in IT services, consulting, product, or enterprise environments, and familiarity with ATS implementation, recruitment analytics, and automation tools.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment processes across technology, sales, leadership, and niche roles to ensure timely and quality hires.
  • Define and execute comprehensive hiring strategies aligned with the company's growth and expansion plans.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters, driving productivity, engagement, and continuous performance improvement.
  • Partner closely with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and prioritize hiring initiatives.
  • Own and monitor key hiring metrics such as time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, offer acceptance rates, and onboarding success.
  • Drive senior and leadership hiring initiatives independently, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Oversee vendor management, campus recruitment, employee referrals, and engagement with external recruitment partners.
  • Implement and refine recruitment processes, leverage ATS platforms, and utilize analytics for data-driven decision-making.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience and strengthen employer branding through innovative engagement strategies.
  • Provide regular insights and dashboards to leadership on hiring progress, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
