About The Role
We are hiring a
Talent Acquisition Lead/Manager (Domestic IT - C2H) to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. This role is pivotal in managing the end-to-end recruitment process for contract-to-hire positions within the domestic IT domain. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in IT recruitment, with a proven track record of managing large-scale hiring drives, leading recruitment teams, and fostering strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. This is a full-time, on-site position that requires immediate availability or within 15 days, with a focus on C2H hiring mandates.
Qualifications
The successful candidate should meet the following qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 years and up to 15 years of experience in IT recruitment, specifically in staffing and contract hiring.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing recruitment teams.
- Strong understanding of the domestic IT market and contract-to-hire hiring processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on experience with popular ATS tools, job portals like Naukri and LinkedIn, and social sourcing techniques.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, delivery-oriented environment.
- Relevant educational background, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
Responsibilities
The key responsibilities for this role include:
- Recruitment Strategy & Execution: Lead end-to-end hiring processes for IT roles across multiple clients, developing sourcing strategies, and implementing effective delivery models. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through various sourcing channels, including job portals, social media, headhunting, and referrals.
- Team & Stakeholder Management: Manage and mentor a team of recruiters, ensuring their performance and productivity. Collaborate closely with business development and account teams to understand upcoming hiring demands and align recruitment strategies accordingly.
- Client Coordination & Delivery Management: Engage with clients and hiring managers to understand specific requirements, discuss job descriptions, and set realistic delivery timelines. Maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and timely closures.
- Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and improve internal recruitment processes, implement best practices, and track key metrics like time-to-fill, offer acceptance ratio, sourcing effectiveness, and pipeline health.
- Compliance & Documentation: Ensure adherence to internal policies and client-specific compliance standards. Oversee documentation processes, vendor onboarding, background checks, and other necessary verifications to facilitate seamless hiring.
