Role Overview

Eduport is looking for a highly driven Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruitment operations across the organization.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in high-volume sales hiring within the EdTech industry, the ability to manage recruitment teams, and a data-driven approach to hiring strategy and execution.

This role requires someone who can balance strategic planning with hands-on recruitment execution, particularly in managing bulk hiring requirements for the sales function (50+ hires) while maintaining hiring quality across all departments.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Strategy & Workforce Planning:

  • Design and implement recruitment strategies aligned with Eduport's growth and expansion plans.
  • Manage a monthly hiring volume of 20+ positions across multiple departments.
  • Develop scalable hiring processes to support high-volume recruitment for the Sales team.
  • Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and workforce plans.

End-to-End Recruitment Management

  • Lead the complete recruitment lifecycle including:

Talent sourcing

Screening and shortlisting

Interview coordination

Offer rollout

Candidate engagement until joining

  • Ensure timely closures while maintaining quality of hires.
  • Build strong talent pipelines for critical roles.

Bulk Hiring Management (Sales)

  • Lead mass hiring campaigns for Sales roles, particularly Business Development Executives.
  • Implement structured hiring funnels to handle 50+ sales hires when required.
  • Optimize sourcing strategies to ensure consistent candidate flow.

Team Leadership

  • Lead and manage a team of Talent Acquisition Executives and TA Interns
  • Assign hiring targets and monitor recruiter productivity.
  • Provide training, mentoring, and process improvements for the recruitment team.
  • Ensure hiring timelines and quality benchmarks are consistently met.

Experience

Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
  • Proven experience in Sales hiring for EdTech organizations
  • Hands-on experience in bulk / mass hiring environments
