Talent Acquisition Specialist (Tech & GTM Hiring)

Company: GoComet

Location: Bengaluru (Hybrid – 3 days work from office)

Experience: 3–7 years

Open Positions: 2 (1 – Tech Hiring | 1 – GTM/Operations Hiring)

Role Overview

We are looking for two Talent Acquisition Specialists to drive end-to-end hiring for key functions at GoComet. One role will focus on Technology hiring, while the other will focus on GTM (Sales, Marketing) and Operations hiring.

You will partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to attract, assess, and close high-quality talent in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Recruitment:

Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and screening to offer rollout and closure.

Stakeholder Management:

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, define hiring strategies, and ensure timely closures.

Sourcing Strategy:

Build strong candidate pipelines through LinkedIn, referrals, job portals, and creative sourcing techniques.

Candidate Experience:

Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate journey throughout the hiring process.

Data & Reporting:

Track hiring metrics, pipeline health, and conversion rates to improve efficiency and decision-making.

Employer Branding:

Contribute to building GoComet's employer brand to attract top talent in the SaaS ecosystem.

Role-Specific Focus

1. Tech Hiring Specialist

  • Hire for roles across Engineering, Product, and Data
  • Evaluate candidates on technical depth, problem-solving, and system design fundamentals
  • Partner closely with tech leadership for niche and high-impact roles

2. GTM / Operations Hiring Specialist

  • Hire for Sales, Pre-Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Operations roles
  • Focus on candidates with revenue ownership, business impact, and customer-facing experience
  • Assess commercial acumen, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Required Qualifications

  • 3–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition within a B2B SaaS company
  • Proven track record of closing roles across either Tech or GTM/Operations functions
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
  • Experience using ATS tools and sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.)
