Digital Web Solutions Group is a multi-brand digital services and technology conglomerate (425 people) operating across India, the US, Aus, UK and NZ. Our brands - DWS Signature, Wytlabs, CollabX, RankWatch, SMEGoWeb, Rankwatch and HireNext - span business outsourcing, performance marketing, SEO, Paid ads, SaaS, influencer marketing, and web services.
As our Talent Acquisition Manager at the group level, you will own end-to-end hiring across all brands and entities. This is a high-ownership, high-visibility role: you will build the talent function at scale, you with report to HR Head, partner closely with brand heads and team leads, and serve as the strategic talent partner.
- 512 years of talent acquisition experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role, ideally within a digital services, agency, or tech-adjacent environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in sales, growth marketing, or digital agency hiring you know how to source great performance and digital marketing talent.
- Proven track record managing bulk or volume hiring campaigns at speed without compromising quality.
- Experience hiring for senior and leadership positions, including navigating executive search methodologies.
- Strong ability to operate across multiple stakeholders simultaneously you can manage competing priorities across six brands without losing rigour.
- Familiarity with multi-country hiring practices (India is essential; exposure to US or ANZ hiring norms is a strong plus).
- Hands-on experience with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and data-driven hiring approaches.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills you work as a true business partner, not just a hiring coordinator.
