Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for roles including Audit, Tax, Consulting, Advisory, and related functions.
- Manage, mentor, and develop the Talent Acquisition team, ensuring high performance and effective delivery of hiring goals.
- Work closely with business leaders and senior stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and workforce planning.
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies to attract high-quality talent.
- Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical roles.
- Drive team performance, accountability, and continuous improvement in recruitment processes.
- Ensure a strong candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics, dashboards, and reporting to improve hiring efficiency.
- Support employer branding initiatives and talent acquisition strategies.
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead and manage a team of recruiters, providing guidance, coaching, and performance management.
- Set clear hiring targets and KPIs for the recruitment team.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.
- Partner with leadership to align recruitment strategies with business growth plans.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment with strong exposure to Non-IT hiring.
- Experience hiring for Audit, Tax, Consulting, Advisory, or professional services roles.
- Proven team leadership and people management experience in Talent Acquisition.
- Experience working in Consulting firms or Professional Services organizations.
- Exposure to GCC hiring environments will be an added advantage.
- Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
- Candidates who can join early or within a short notice period will be preferred.
Education
- MBA / PGDM in HR or related field preferred.
