Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for roles including Audit, Tax, Consulting, Advisory, and related functions.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop the Talent Acquisition team, ensuring high performance and effective delivery of hiring goals.
  • Work closely with business leaders and senior stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and workforce planning.
  • Develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies to attract high-quality talent.
  • Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical roles.
  • Drive team performance, accountability, and continuous improvement in recruitment processes.
  • Ensure a strong candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics, dashboards, and reporting to improve hiring efficiency.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and talent acquisition strategies.

Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead and manage a team of recruiters, providing guidance, coaching, and performance management.
  • Set clear hiring targets and KPIs for the recruitment team.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.
  • Partner with leadership to align recruitment strategies with business growth plans.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • 10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment with strong exposure to Non-IT hiring.
  • Experience hiring for Audit, Tax, Consulting, Advisory, or professional services roles.
  • Proven team leadership and people management experience in Talent Acquisition.
  • Experience working in Consulting firms or Professional Services organizations.
  • Exposure to GCC hiring environments will be an added advantage.
  • Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Candidates who can join early or within a short notice period will be preferred.

Education

  • MBA / PGDM in HR or related field preferred.
