Job Description

The person will be responsible for end-to-end talent acquisition, including building of CRISIL employer brand:

  • Manage and own end to end talent acquisition for Consulting and Advisory Group functions.
  • Strong experience from hiring from Consulting and Advisory Background
  • Partner with hiring managers, senior leaders, and other relevant stakeholders to understand business requirement and attract, seek, assess, and hire the best talent both internally and externally,
  • Ensuring fulfilment targets are met within defined SLAs with focus on balancing sourcing mix, quality of hire, time-to-fill, cost per hire along with other key metrics, while continually enhancing stakeholder & candidate experience
  • Effective stakeholder management and communication through periodic reporting of data
  • Act as an advisor to the business and demonstrate a consultative style by providing relevant metrics and creative hiring recommendations basis extensive market intelligence and insights
  • Strengthen employee referral program and facilitate internal mobility through partnership with HR, internal talent, and key business stakeholders
  • Negotiate offers with the selected candidates and partner with HR and hiring managers to establish competitive offers
  • Ensure a diverse slate and strengthen diversity hiring

Effectively utilize ATS to maximize hiring efficiency and effectiveness
