The person will be responsible for end-to-end talent acquisition, including building of CRISIL employer brand:
- Manage and own end to end talent acquisition for Consulting and Advisory Group functions.
- Strong experience from hiring from Consulting and Advisory Background
- Partner with hiring managers, senior leaders, and other relevant stakeholders to understand business requirement and attract, seek, assess, and hire the best talent both internally and externally,
- Ensuring fulfilment targets are met within defined SLAs with focus on balancing sourcing mix, quality of hire, time-to-fill, cost per hire along with other key metrics, while continually enhancing stakeholder & candidate experience
- Effective stakeholder management and communication through periodic reporting of data
- Act as an advisor to the business and demonstrate a consultative style by providing relevant metrics and creative hiring recommendations basis extensive market intelligence and insights
- Strengthen employee referral program and facilitate internal mobility through partnership with HR, internal talent, and key business stakeholders
- Negotiate offers with the selected candidates and partner with HR and hiring managers to establish competitive offers
- Ensure a diverse slate and strengthen diversity hiring
