Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Talent Acquisition Manager with 10+ years of experience in recruitment, including a strong background in bulk hiring across diverse functions and industries. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading high-volume recruitment campaigns, developing scalable talent acquisition strategies, managing internal teams and external vendors, and ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle from workforce planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding for high-volume hiring needs.
- Bulk Hiring Strategy: Design and implement bulk hiring campaigns tailored to business needs, leveraging online job portals, campus drives, job fairs, and employee referrals.
- Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of recruiters; set performance goals and ensure continuous skill development.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with business leaders to forecast hiring needs and build hiring plans accordingly.
- Process Improvement: Streamline and enhance recruitment processes to ensure efficiency, scalability, and a superior candidate experience.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Use metrics and analytics to assess the effectiveness of hiring strategies and adjust as needed.
- Employer Branding: Drive initiatives that strengthen the company's brand as an employer of choice, especially in competitive talent markets.
- Compliance: Ensure recruitment practices are in line with local labor laws and company policies.
- Vendor Management: Engage with external agencies and job boards to expand sourcing channels and optimize ROI.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 5 years in high-volume/bulk hiring environments.
- Proven track record of hiring at scale across various functions.
- Hands-on experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and recruitment marketing tools.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with experience in recruitment reporting and analytics.
