Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Talent Acquisition Manager with 8+ years of experience in recruitment, including a strong background in bulk hiring across diverse functions and industries. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading high-volume recruitment campaigns, developing scalable talent acquisition strategies, managing internal teams and external vendors, and ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from workforce planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding for high-volume hiring needs.
  • Design and implement bulk hiring campaigns tailored to business needs, leveraging online job portals, campus drives, job fairs, and employee referrals.
  • Lead and mentor a team of recruiters; set performance goals and ensure continuous skill development.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to forecast hiring needs and build hiring plans accordingly.
  • Streamline and enhance recruitment processes to ensure efficiency, scalability, and a superior candidate experience.
  • Use metrics and analytics to assess the effectiveness of hiring strategies and adjust as needed.
  • Drive initiatives that strengthen the company's brand as an employer of choice, especially in competitive talent markets.
  • Ensure recruitment practices are in line with local labor laws and company policies.
  • Engage with external agencies and job boards to expand sourcing channels and optimize ROI.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 5 years in high-volume/bulk hiring environments and 2 years in team management.
  • Proven track record of hiring at scale across various functions.
  • Hands-on experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and recruitment marketing tools.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in recruitment reporting and analytics.
