Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Lead to manage and drive end-to-end recruitment processes. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in global hiring, client management, and team leadership, along with excellent communication skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Handle global recruitment requirements, with exposure to hiring across geographies (especially US/International markets).
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients/stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery and quality hiring.
- Manage, mentor, and guide a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and recruitment metrics.
- Maintain strong candidate pipelines using various sourcing channels (job portals, social media, referrals, etc.).
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 4–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- Exposure to global hiring (US/International recruitment) is mandatory.
- Experience in client handling and stakeholder management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in using recruitment platforms.
