Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Client Partner to join our team, withstrong background in sales/marketing/client relationship ideally from real estate/digital marketing companies. In this role, you will be the strategic liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth project execution, client satisfaction, and campaign success. Your ability to manage relationships, understand marketing & sales funnels, solve problems, and negotiate effectively will be crucial to this role.

Key Responsibilities

You will be the single point of contact for the assigned clients and work as the extended team member of the Client, representing them.
You will coordinate across internal teams (creative, media, performance, sales, tech) to ensure timely delivery to the client.
Analyse campaign performance and provide data-driven insights for optimization
Align marketing execution with sales objectives to support client business growth
Maintain ongoing communication with clients regarding campaign progress and necessary course corrections.
Negotiate with vendors and partners to maximize value and maintain cost efficiency
Identify challenges and resolve operational bottlenecks through structured problem-solving

What We're Looking For

Strong ability to build relationships, handle objections, and close loops
Proficient in project management and client servicing
Skilled in negotiation, budgeting, and stakeholder management
Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and ensure accountability across teams

Preferred Background: Sales professionals from

Digital Marketing, Media & Advertising or real estate
Candidates who have worked in client-facing roles with exposure to marketing coordination in Digital Marketing companies are strongly preferred.
