Job Description

We're Hiring – Talent Acquisition Executive (IT Recruitment)

Company: Kenn IT Business Solutions

Location: Kodihalli, Bengaluru

(1, Victor Mansion, HAL Old Airport Road, Above SBH, Bengaluru – 560008)

Experience: 0–6 Months (Freshers are welcome to apply!)

Qualification: Any Graduate

Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-end IT recruitment
  • Sourcing and screening candidates
  • Scheduling and coordinating interviews
  • Maintaining candidate databases and recruitment trackers
  • Working closely with hiring managers to fulfill IT hiring requirements

Required Skills

  • Basic understanding of IT Recruitment
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri and LinkedIn
  • Willingness to learn and grow in Talent Acquisition
