About the Role
We are looking for a smart, driven, and grounded recruitment professional who can independently manage end-to-end hiring across recurring and business-critical roles. The ideal candidate should be strong in sourcing, company mapping, stakeholder management, and candidate engagement, while maintaining a high level of ownership and professionalism.
This role requires someone who understands the hiring market deeply, communicates confidently with candidates and stakeholders, and can work with accountability in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for multiple roles.
- Understand hiring requirements directly from stakeholders and convert them into effective hiring strategies.
- Build strong talent pipelines through smart sourcing techniques across job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and market mapping.
- Perform company mapping and competitor talent research to identify quality candidates.
- Handle recurring and volume hiring requirements efficiently without compromising quality.
- Screen, assess, and engage candidates professionally to evaluate both technical and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, feedback collection, and offer discussions.
- Maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Track recruitment metrics, maintain hiring reports, and update recruitment trackers using Excel.
- Take ownership of closures and ensure positions are filled within defined timelines.
- Partner closely with internal stakeholders and hiring managers to understand evolving business needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment/talent acquisition.
- Strong expertise in sourcing and company mapping.
- Experience handling recurring or high-volume hiring mandates.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and requirement-gathering capability.
- Ability to take ownership and work independently.
- Good understanding of candidate engagement and negotiation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and recruitment tracking/reporting.
- Professional, grounded, and team-oriented attitude.
