Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles.
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, and other hiring channels.
  • Screen profiles and conduct HR interviews.
  • Coordinate technical interview rounds with hiring managers.
  • Handle offer negotiations and candidate engagement.
  • Build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Maintain recruitment reports and improve hiring processes.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Technical Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
  • Experience hiring engineering or product-based talent.
  • Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, Naukri, and other platforms.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience hiring for Electronics, Embedded Systems, Power Electronics, Battery Technology, Manufacturing, EV, or Product Companies is highly preferred.
