Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, and other hiring channels.
- Screen profiles and conduct HR interviews.
- Coordinate technical interview rounds with hiring managers.
- Handle offer negotiations and candidate engagement.
- Build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Maintain recruitment reports and improve hiring processes.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Technical Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
- Experience hiring engineering or product-based talent.
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, Naukri, and other platforms.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience hiring for Electronics, Embedded Systems, Power Electronics, Battery Technology, Manufacturing, EV, or Product Companies is highly preferred.
