Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

- Carry out preliminary telephonic interactions with candidates to evaluate their suitability, explain job responsibilities, and assist them through the recruitment stages.
- Work closely with hiring managers and applicants to organize interview schedules, ensuring the recruitment process remains smooth, systematic, and time-efficient.
- Maintain updated and well-structured recruitment records, including candidate details, interview feedback, and hiring status, while also supporting onboarding formalities and HR-related documentation.
