Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Oversee the entire hiring process by preparing job descriptions, searching for qualified candidates, and posting job openings across various recruitment portals and digital platforms.
- Examine and screen resumes to shortlist applicants whose skills, educational background, and experience align with the company's hiring requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic screenings to assess candidate suitability, provide information about the job role, and guide candidates through the next stages of the recruitment process.
- Coordinate with hiring managers as well as candidates to schedule interviews efficiently, ensuring a well-organized and hassle-free recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records by updating candidate information, interview evaluations, and hiring progress, while also assisting with onboarding procedures and other HR documentation tasks.
