Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing and screening to hiring and onboarding.
- Utilize job boards, social media, and professional networks to identify active and passive candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, interview criteria, and selection processes.
- Conduct phone screenings, video interviews, and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
- Ensure a smooth and engaging candidate experience by serving as the primary point of contact throughout the hiring process.
- Handle HR documentation accurately and efficiently.
