About The Role
We are looking for a Recruiter with 1 to 2 years of experience who can handle end-to-end recruitment for IT Non-IT requirements. The ideal candidate should be proactive, target-driven, and capable of handling multiple positions efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to joining
- Work on IT Non-IT roles for multiple clients
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and references
- Screen and shortlist candidates as per client requirements
- Coordinate interviews and follow-ups
- Handle offer negotiation and joining follow-up
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
Eligibility Criteria
- 1-2 years of recruitment experience is mandatory
- Must be based in Navi Mumbai
- Graduate in any stream
Key Skills
- Strong sourcing screening skills
- Good communication negotiation skills
- Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously
- Familiarity with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms
- Target-oriented approach
