Talent Acquisition Intern Responsibilities
Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per job requirements
Coordinate with candidates for interview scheduling and follow-ups
Maintain and update candidate records in the recruitment tracker/database
Support the hiring team in posting jobs on different platforms
Conduct initial telephonic screening of candidates
Follow up with candidates regarding interview status, documents, and joining updates
Help in preparing offer-related documents and onboarding coordination
Build a strong pipeline of candidates for ongoing and future requirements
Support employer branding and recruitment drives, if required
Coordinate with internal stakeholders for interview feedback
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
