Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain and update candidate trackers and recruitment databases
- Support in drafting job postings and publishing them on various platforms
- Coordinate with candidates for interview follow-ups and feedback collection
