Role Overview

As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will work closely with the recruitment team to support end-to-end hiring processes. This is a hands-on role designed to give you real exposure to recruiting in a fast-paced startup environment. High performers will be considered for a full-time Talent Acquisition Executive position at the end of the internship.

What You Will Do

  • Assist in sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and internal job postings
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, and follow up to gather timely feedback
  • Maintain hiring trackers and ensure recruiter data hygiene
  • Support stakeholder communication and manage candidate experience throughout the process
  • Help track key recruitment metrics such as TAT, source effectiveness, and offer-to-joining ratios
  • Assist in managing onboarding and joining formalities in coordination with Central HR
  • Explore and use AI and automation tools to improve sourcing and scheduling efficiency
  • Participate in employee engagement initiatives

Who We Are Looking For

Must Have

  • Recent graduate (MBA/BBA/BMS) in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • Strong communication skills — written and verbal
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Good to Have

  • Prior internship in talent acquisition
  • Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn), ATS tools, or AI-based sourcing platforms
  • Passion for sports and the sports-tech ecosystem
