Hiring: Talent Acquisition Intern
Location: Remote
Experience: 3 Months – 1 Year in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
Employment Type: Internship
Key Responsibilities:
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other sourcing channels
• Screen resumes and shortlist relevant profiles
• Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers
• Manage candidate communication and follow-ups
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate database
• Support end-to-end recruitment activities
Required Skills:
• Basic understanding of recruitment and hiring process
• Experience in LinkedIn sourcing and passive hiring
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of job portals is an added advantage
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
Requirements:
• 3 months to 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
• Strong willingness to learn and grow in recruitment
